Whether you’re thinking about weight loss surgery or are currently a patient of the Weight Management Center, our Reading Health Bariatrics app can help you quickly and easily navigate everything from pre-op to post-op, track your weight loss journey and provide support every step of the way.

This app features:
• An online information session that will give you all the information of an on-site session at your convenience (information sessions are required in order to schedule a Weight Management Center appointment)
• Pre-op checklist – provide your surgery date and receive notifications to help you complete all of the steps needed before surgery
• Post-op resources – this feature allows you to track your progress with a weight tracker and photo feature, and connects you with our support group and other resources to help you on your weight loss journey
• Success stories of patients who have been through our program
